For billing help, contact support@amorax.space. Please contact us first so we can review and resolve billing issues before you open a payment dispute.

2. What to include

• Account email or username.
• Transaction date and approximate time.
• Amount and currency.
• Payment method or payment provider.
• Issue description, screenshots, or checkout/order reference if available.

3. Subscription cancellation

If subscriptions are active on your account, cancellation stops future renewal where applicable. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior access periods or consumed digital content.
