How AMORA X collects, uses, protects, and shares account, payment, chat, activity, and operational data.

1. Data we collect
We collect information needed to operate AMORA X, including account data such as email address, username, login/session data, profile settings, subscription or credit status, chat interactions, content unlock activity, support requests, and operational logs.
2. Payment data
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. AMORA X does not store full card numbers. We may store transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, package, provider, and related billing records for entitlement delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, and support.
3. Chat, content, and activity data
We process chats, creator interactions, likes, comments, unlocks, message delivery events, and usage activity to provide the service, personalize fictional AI experiences, maintain continuity, detect abuse, support passive and active moderation, investigate reports, and troubleshoot platform reliability.
4. Cookies and localStorage
We use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for sessions, preferences, security, analytics, and compliance features. The 18+ age confirmation may be stored using localStorage key amora_age_verified and a related cookie.
5. Analytics and operational logs
We may collect page views, feature usage, error logs, security events, moderation events, report records, payment events, and system performance data to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
6. How data is used
Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide chat and content features, process entitlements, personalize AI interactions, prevent abuse, enforce content rules, investigate billing issues, comply with legal obligations, and maintain service reliability.
7. Sharing with service providers
We may share data with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, storage, AI, payment, security, and support providers when needed to operate AMORA X. We do not sell personal data.

We use managed infrastructure, access controls, authentication systems, audit logs, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect account and payment-related records appropriately.
