Billing and Refund Policy

1. Digital goods and credits

AMORA X sells digital credits, subscriptions, and premium access used for fictional AI companion experiences, locked posts, messages, private content, and other digital features. AMORA X Credits are closed-loop digital credits usable only on AMORA X; they are not cash, not transferable, not redeemable, and not usable on third-party websites.

2. Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or inside the account area. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable and does not automatically refund prior billing periods.

3. Refund eligibility

Unused credits may be reviewed case-by-case. Consumed credits, unlocked content, and delivered digital access are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where AMORA X confirms a duplicate charge or verified technical failure.

4. Duplicate charges and technical failures

Duplicate charges, payment-provider mismatches, or verified technical failures can be reviewed. Please include your account email, transaction date, amount, payment method, and a short description of the issue.

5. Fraud and abuse exclusions

Refunds may be denied for policy violations, abuse, chargeback fraud, account sharing, attempts to bypass access controls, or misuse of credits and locked content.

6. How to request a refund

Contact support@amorax.space with your account email, transaction date, amount, payment method, and reason. We normally aim to review complete billing requests within 2-5 business days.
