Terms of Service

1. Introduction

AMORA X is a digital entertainment and virtual companion platform featuring fictional AI-generated characters, private chats, digital credits, subscriptions, and premium digital access. By accessing or using AMORA X, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility: 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use AMORA X. The platform is not intended for minors, and users may not access the service on behalf of a minor.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Fictional AI characters

AMORA X characters, profiles, messages, voice, images, and related experiences are fictional, synthetic, and AI-generated or AI-assisted. The platform does not represent fictional characters as real human persons. AMORA X is AI-only and does not operate real-user dating profiles.

5. Digital credits, subscriptions, and locked content

AMORA X may offer digital credits, subscriptions, locked content, premium access, and other digital entitlements. Credits and unlocks are closed-loop digital goods used only inside AMORA X. Credits are not cash, not transferable, not redeemable, and not usable on third-party websites. Access rules, pricing, and availability may change over time.

6. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges presented at checkout and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Successful payment provider return pages do not grant credits by themselves; entitlements are granted only after payment confirmation is verified by AMORA X systems.

7. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. Consumed credits, unlocked content, and completed digital access are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge or verified technical failure.

8. Prohibited use and user conduct

You may not use AMORA X for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, payment abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, or attempts to evade safety and moderation systems. Users must follow the Content Policy and all applicable laws.

9. Prohibited content

AMORA X does not allow minors, underage sexual content, attempts to sexualize minors, real-person impersonation, celebrity deepfakes, user-uploaded likeness imitation, non-consensual sexual content, undress/nudeify tools, sexual violence, exploitation, trafficking, or illegal content. Detailed rules are listed in the Content Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety or legal risk, abuse payments or chargebacks, or attempt to misuse platform systems.

11. Limitation of liability

AMORA X is provided as a digital entertainment service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMORA X is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credits, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
